Revitalised the Nestlé Academy brand with a refreshed identity and logo designed to engage new audiences and strengthen recruitment appeal. Created the strapline “Grow your own future” and a complete brand toolkit for consistent application across digital and physical touchpoints. The rollout across web, video, email, social, and events delivered a 12% increase in applications, 138% uplift in engagement, and a 15% rise in organic social impressions, generating 4.4K visits to Academy pages.
